Any property is worth a closer look. I'll provide a list of qualified home inspectors, and attend inspection with you. If the inspection reveals items that require correction, I will advise you on the best next steps.

I'll monitor the entire escrow process to ensure a smooth experience. And when it's time to sign closing papers, I'll be available to handle any last minute details. I'll even spring for a beer at the end of the signing.
